§ 21-321. Preliminary establishment of district.

The above facts having been determined to the satisfaction of the court, andthe approximate boundaries of the proposed district determined, it shalldeclare the preliminary establishment of the drainage or levee district,which shall be designated by name or number, for the object and purpose asherein set forth.
