§ 21-324. Right of appeal.

Any person or corporation owning lands within the drainage or levee district,which he or it thinks will not be benefited by the improvement, and shouldnot be included within the district, shall have a right to appeal as providedby Chapter 26 (§ 8.01-669 et seq.) of Title 8.01; but such appeal shall beperfected within sixty days from the date of the order finally establishingthe drainage district, after which time, no appeal shall be allowed.
