§ 21-329. Other levels.

If it is deemed expedient by the board of viewers, other levels may be run todetermine the fall from one part of the district to another. If an oldwatercourse, land drainage, ditch or channel is to be widened, deepened, orstraightened, it shall be accurately cross-sectioned so as to compute thenumber of cubic yards saved by the use of such old channel.
