§ 21-333. Assessment of damages.

It shall be the further duty of the board of viewers to assess the damagesclaimed by anyone that are justly right and due him for land taken or forinconvenience imposed because of the construction of the improvement or forany other legal damages sustained. Such damage shall be considered separateand apart from any benefit the land would receive because of the proposedwork.
