§ 21-339. Approval by court.

If, in the opinion of the court, the cost of construction, together with theamount of damage assessed is not greater than the increased value of thelands affected and of the benefits that will accrue to the lands, the courtshall confirm the final report of the board of viewers, and shall declare thedrainage district to be finally established, and shall approve the survey andplans therefor.
