§ 21-347. Board of viewers to operate, manage and administer project.

After the drainage project shall have been declared finally established andthe survey and plans therefor approved, the board of viewers for suchdrainage project shall have full authority to operate, manage and administerthe affairs of such drainage project as is provided in this chapter.
