§ 21-352. Contract and bond of successful bidder.

A successful bidder shall be required to enter into a contract with the boardof viewers of each drainage project and to execute a bond for the faithfulperformance of such contract, with sufficient sureties in favor of the boardof viewers for the use and benefit of the levees, or drainage project in anamount equal to twenty-five per centum of the amount of the contract price ofthe work awarded to him.
