§ 21-354. Basis of contract; inspection.

The contract shall be based on the plans and specifications submitted by theboard of viewers in their final report as confirmed by the court, theoriginal of which shall remain on file in the office of the clerk of thecounty in which the petition for the district was filed and shall be open tothe inspection of all prospective bidders.
