§ 21-373. Disposition of rolls.

One copy of each of the assessment rolls shall be filed with the drainagerecord and one copy shall be delivered to the county treasurer, or treasurersof the county or counties in which the lands are located, after the clerk ofthe circuit court in which the petition was filed has appended thereto anorder directing the collection of the assessments, and the clerk isauthorized and directed to make and append such order.
