§ 21-425. Removal of engineers, viewers, etc.

Any engineer, viewer, superintendent of construction or other personappointed under this chapter may be removed by the court upon petition, forcorruption, neglect of duties or other good and satisfactory cause shown, butnot until such person or persons are heard in their own defense by the court.
