§ 22.1-6. Permitted fees and charges.

Except as provided in this title or as permitted by regulation of the Boardof Education, no fees or charges may be levied on any pupil by any schoolboard. No pupil's scholastic report card or diploma shall be withheld becauseof nonpayment of any such fee or charge.
