22.1-169 - Investment of funds.
§ 22.1-169. Investment of funds.
Any funds held by the Authority or by the trustee under any trust indentureunder the provisions of this chapter may be invested and reinvested insecurities that are legal investments under the laws of the Commonwealth forfunds held by fiduciaries.
