§ 22.1-180. Requirements for persons employed to transport pupils attendingreligious or private schools.

No person, partnership, association or corporation operating any religious orprivate school shall hire, employ or enter into any agreement with any personfor the purpose of transporting pupils by motor vehicle unless such personshall present the documents and meet the qualifications required of operatorsof public school buses by subsection A of § 22.1-178. The State Department ofEducation shall furnish the forms prescribed for the purposes of § 22.1-178to any person, partnership, association or corporation who shall request suchforms for the purpose of compliance with this section.
