§ 22.1-186. Payments for transportation of pupils.

The regulations of the Board of Education governing state payments for pupiltransportation shall provide for payments to school divisions for pupiltransportation provided by the school divisions both through systems operatedby the school divisions and through contracts with public transportationfacilities.
