§ 22.1-203.3. Religious viewpoint expression; student expression.

Students may express their beliefs about religion in homework, artwork, andother written and oral assignments free from discrimination based on thereligious content of their submissions. Home and classroom work shall bejudged by ordinary academic standards of substance and relevance and otherlegitimate pedagogical concerns identified by the school.
