§ 22.1-215.1. Information regarding procedures and rights relating to specialeducation placement and withdrawal.

Effective July 1, 2001, the Board of Education shall publicize anddisseminate to parents of students who are enrolled in special educationprograms or for whom a special education placement has been recommendedinformation regarding current federal law and regulation addressingprocedures and rights related to the placement and withdrawal of children inspecial education.
