§ 22.1-227.01. Career and technical education defined.

As used in this article, "career and technical education" means anorganized education program offering a sequence of courses that mayincorporate field, laboratory, and classroom instruction; and that emphasizecareer and technical occupational experiences and are designed to prepareindividuals for further education and gainful employment.
