§ 22.1-268. Duty of attorneys for the Commonwealth to prosecute cases arisingunder article; jurisdiction of offenses.

It shall be the duty of the attorneys for the Commonwealth of the severalcounties and cities to prosecute all cases arising under this article.Juvenile and domestic relations district courts shall have exclusive originaljurisdiction for the trial of such cases.
