§ 22.1-322. Advisory committees.

The Board may appoint an advisory committee, to be composed of nine personswho shall serve for terms of two years each, the majority of whom shall berepresentative of the schools subject to regulation under this chapter andthe balance of whom shall be representative of the public and shall have noconnection with any school. No member of any advisory committee shall servefor more than two consecutive terms.
