22.1-331 - Violations.
§ 22.1-331. Violations.
Any person who opens, operates or conducts any school without a licenserequired by this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. Each daysuch person permits the school to be open and operate without such a licenseshall constitute a separate offense.
