§ 22.1-338. Education Commission to file bylaws with State Council of HigherEducation.

Pursuant to paragraph I of Article III of the compact for education set forthin § 22.1-336, the Education Commission of the States shall file a copy ofits bylaws and amendments thereto with the State Council of Higher Educationfor Virginia.
