§ 22.1-96. Proration of operating cost, expenditures for capital outlaypurposes and indebtedness for construction of buildings in certain schooldivisions.

In a school division composed of part or all of more than one county or city,the operating cost as well as the expenditures for capital outlay purposesand indebtedness for the construction of school buildings shall be on a prorata basis on enrollment of pupils unless some other basis is agreed upon bythe division school board and the governing bodies of the participatingcounties and cities.
