§ 22.1-99. Approval and certification of apportionment of school funds.

Subject to approval or amendment by the Board of Education, theSuperintendent of Public Instruction shall apportion the state fundsappropriated for public school purposes among the several school divisionsand, when approved, the Superintendent of Public Instruction shall certify tothe Comptroller such apportionment for the payment of the same.
