§ 23-9.10:1. Coordinating agency for post-secondary educational programs forhealth professions and occupations.

The State Council of Higher Education is hereby designated the planning andcoordinating agency for all post-secondary educational programs for allhealth professions and occupations. The Council shall make recommendations,including those relating to financing, whereby adequate and coordinatededucational programs may be provided to produce an appropriate supply ofproperly trained personnel. The Council is authorized to conduct such studiesas it deems appropriate. All state departments and agencies shall cooperatewith the Council in the execution of its responsibilities under this section.
