§ 23-9.8:1. State Council of Higher Education to advise the Brown v. Board ofEducation Scholarship Awards Committee.

Consistent with its statutory responsibilities for higher education in theCommonwealth, the Council shall advise and provide technical assistance tothe Brown v. Board of Education Scholarship Awards Committee in theimplementation and administration of the Brown v. Board of EducationScholarship Program, pursuant to Chapter 34.1 (§ 30-231.01 et seq.) of Title30.
