§ 23-9.9:1. Funds for graduate marine science consortium.

Funds for any consortium created by the College of William and Mary, OldDominion University, the University of Virginia and Virginia PolytechnicInstitute and State University for the purpose of promoting graduate marinescience education may be included in the budget request of and theappropriations to the State Council of Higher Education.
