§ 23-6. Exchange and cancellation of consol coupon bonds of State.

The following sections of the Code of Virginia of 1919 are continued ineffect:

(1) Section 991, relating to the exchange of consol coupon bonds held bycolleges, etc., for funded registered consol bonds; and

(2) Section 992, relating to the cancellation of such bonds surrendered inexchange.
