§ 23-9.1:1. Reports of certain acts to State Police.

The board of visitors or the governing body of any public institution ofhigher education in Virginia shall make available to any interested partyupon request a copy of that portion of the most recent report of the UniformCrime Reporting Section of the Department of State Police entitled "Crime inVirginia" pertaining to colleges and universities.
