§ 23-9.2:3.7. Course credit; active duty military students.

The governing boards of each public institution of higher education shallimplement policies that provide students called to active military dutyduring an academic semester with the opportunity to earn full course credit.Such policies shall include, as one option, that such students who havecompleted 75 percent of the course requirements at the time of activation andwho meet other specified requirements receive full course credit.
