§ 23-107.1. Admission of military scholarship cadets.

The board shall admit annually as military scholarship cadets, up to 40 youngmen and women, who shall be not less than 16 nor more than 25 years of age.The board shall provide financial assistance for tuition, fees, room andboard entirely from federal funds, Virginia National Guard funds, or privategifts. The federal funds, Virginia National Guard funds, or private giftsshall have no matching requirement.
