§ 23-109. Cadets a military corps; arsenal.

The cadets shall be a military corps under the command of the superintendent,and constitute the guard of the Institute.

The arsenal and all its grounds and buildings shall be considered asbelonging to the Institute, and the board shall cause the same and all thearms and other property therein, or belonging thereto, to be guarded andpreserved.
