§ 23-95. Eligibility to serve more than two successive terms.

No person except ex officio members shall be eligible to serve for or duringmore than two successive four-year terms; but after the expiration of theremainder of an unexpired term to which appointed, two additional four-yearterms may be served by such a member if appointed thereto.
