§ 23-127. Bond of treasurer.

The board shall require the treasurer, or the officer in whose hands thefunds of the University may be placed, to give bond in the sum of $50,000,payable to the Commonwealth, with condition for the faithful discharge of theduties of his office, which bond being approved by the board and entered atlarge on its journal, shall be transmitted to the Comptroller, and remainfiled in his office.
