§ 23-128. Professors' salaries; fees of students.

Each professor shall receive a stated salary, to be fixed by the board ofvisitors. The board shall fix the fees to be charged for tuition of students,other than those allowed scholarships under § 23-31, which shall be a creditto the fund of the University.
