§ 23-132.12. Construction of acts relating to the Virginia CooperativeExtension Service and Agricultural Experiment Station Division of VirginiaPolytechnic Institute and State University.

All acts and parts of acts relating to the Virginia Cooperative ExtensionService and Agricultural Experiment Station Division of the VirginiaPolytechnic Institute and State University shall be construed as relating tothe Division as established by this article, and no such act or part of anact shall be construed as limiting the provisions of this article.
