§ 23-132.2. Administration of Division.

The board of visitors of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and StateUniversity shall provide for the administration of such Division through theregular administrative and fiscal officers of the Virginia PolytechnicInstitute and State University and shall make appointments to theadministrative and research staff on recommendation of the president of theVirginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
