§ 23-132.5. Sources from which moneys may be received; disposition ofreceipts.

The Division may receive moneys from the Commonwealth, the federal governmentor private sources and all receipts of the Division shall be deposited to thecredit of the general fund of the state treasury and are hereby appropriatedto the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University to be usedexclusively for the purposes of the Division.
