§ 23-135.18. Administration.

The board of visitors of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and StateUniversity shall have the same powers as to determining the fields ofinstruction to be offered; as to fixing tuition, fees and other charges; asto the appointment and removal of administrative officers, professors, agentsand servants, and the making of rules and regulations as are now vested insaid board with respect to Virginia Polytechnic Institute and StateUniversity. The board of visitors shall have the power of grantingappropriate diplomas or certificates of successful completion of the two-yearcurriculum of such division.
