§ 23-135.7:11. Appointment of an executive director.

The principal administrative officer of the Water Center shall be anexecutive director, who shall be appointed by the President of VirginiaPolytechnic Institute and State University with the approval of the Board ofVisitors, and who shall be under the supervision of the President of VirginiaPolytechnic Institute and State University.
