§ 23-135.7:17. Appointment of a Director.

The President of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University,with the approval of the Board of Visitors, shall appoint a director to serveas the principal administrative officer of the Housing Center. The Directorshall be under the supervision of the President of the Virginia PolytechnicInstitute and State University or his designee.
