§ 23-135.7:8. Established.

The Virginia Water Resources Research Center, which came into existence asthe result of the Water Resources Research Act of 1964 (P.L. 88-379), ishereby established as the Virginia Water Resources Research Center,hereinafter referred to as the Water Center, to be located at VirginiaPolytechnic Institute and State University, for the purposes of developing,implementing and coordinating water and related land research programs in theCommonwealth and transferring the results of research and new technology topotential users.
