§ 23-135.8. Establishment and accreditation.

There is hereby established within the Virginia Polytechnic Institute andState University a division to be known as the "Roanoke TechnicalInstitute," hereinafter referred to as the Institute. Such Institute shallbe in all respects subject to the judgment, control and supervision of thegoverning board of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University incooperation with the State Board of Education, which said Institute shalloffer courses appropriate to establish accreditation practices in its field.
