23-135.9 - Purpose.
§ 23-135.9. Purpose.
The purpose of the Institute shall be to train technicians in the industrial,scientific, electrical and the mechanical arts and sciences in order toincrease the economic efficiency and safety of the manufacturing,engineering, and industrial enterprises of the Commonwealth and to promotethe economic utilization of its natural and human resources.
