§ 23-164.2. Transfer of property.

All the real estate and personal property now existing and heretoforestanding in the name of the visitors of Madison College shall be known andtaken as standing in the name, and to be under the control, of the corporatebody designated "The Visitors of James Madison University." Such realestate and personal property shall be the property of the Commonwealth.
