§ 23-174.1. Corporation established under control of General Assembly.

The corporation composed of the board of visitors of Norfolk State College,heretofore established by law, is continued as the board of visitors ofNorfolk State University under the style of "The Visitors of Norfolk StateUniversity," and which at all times shall be under the control of theGeneral Assembly. Whenever the term "Norfolk State College" is used in anylaw of this Commonwealth, it shall be construed to mean Norfolk StateUniversity.
