§ 23-165.1. Corporation composed of board of visitors created; style.

The corporation composed of the board of visitors of Virginia State College,heretofore established by law, is continued as the board of visitors ofVirginia State University under the style of "The Visitors of Virginia StateUniversity" in this chapter hereinafter referred to as the board. All lawsrelating to Virginia State College or the board of visitors of Virginia StateCollege shall be construed as relating to Virginia State University or theboard.
