§ 23-165.3. Transfer of property.

All the real estate and personal property now existing and heretoforestanding in the name of the Visitors of Virginia State College shall betransferred to and be known and taken as standing in the name, and to beunder the control, of the Visitors of Virginia State University. Such realestate and personal property shall be the property of the Commonwealth.
