§ 23-220.2. Incentive scholarships program; Board to administer; promulgationof regulations.

There is hereby created the Community College Incentive Scholarship Programto provide incentive scholarships to eligible students attendingcomprehensive community colleges in Virginia. Funds may be paid to anycomprehensive community college on behalf of students who have been awardedsuch scholarships pursuant to § 23-220.4.
