§ 23-225. Agents and employees generally.

The functions, duties, powers and titles of the agents and employees providedfor in § 23-224, their salaries and remunerations, not in excess providedtherefor by law, shall be fixed by the Chancellor with the approval of theState Board and subject to the provisions of Chapter 29 (§ 2.2-2900 et seq.)of Title 2.2.
