§ 23-227. Annual report.

The Chancellor shall submit an annual report to the Governor and GeneralAssembly on or before November 1 of each year. Such report shall contain, ata minimum, the annual financial statements for the year ending the precedingJune 30 and the accounts and status of any ongoing capital projects.
